Bullseye

I shot archery the other day. As you can tell in the picture I did not hit a bullseye. Close but no cigar. You should have seen a picture of where my arrows were that I shot before the one in the below picture. The arrows were in the woods. I have only shot a bow and arrow on a few occassions. Like archery there are other activities where we want to hit the bullseye. People that make bullseyes consistently do it because they have practiced. Continue to practice if you want to hit the bullseye.

Goals

Goals are important. Without a goal there is no target. With a goal you have something to aim at and the possibility of reaching that destination
In The Adventures Of A Caterpillar on Amazon, the caterpillar has a goal to try and become a butterfly. You get to find out the journey the caterpillar takes to his goal.
You might want to lose weight, but the day you made the goal it is your birthday and you can not resist a piece of cake. Another goal could be to workout each day, but the day you made the goal, you stub your toe and can not jog. Your goal might be to purchase an item, or a car, or a house, but a bill came in unexpectedly that you have to pay. You might want to meet someone, but you have things to do.
Though there is not always a best time to set a goal, you can set one anyway. Though goals do not always have a perfect path and there can be distractions and setbacks, you can still try to make it to your goal.
